I took my wheelbarrow to this location because my tire had lost its seal with the rim. A very nice young man fixed it for me for free and offered to do an even better job if I had any problems. You can't get any better service than that. I also noticed that next to their Christmas tree was a play area for children. How thoughtful!
We went here for the first time recently after Kia of Bowie screwed me over. When I called Chaney the man on the phone was very polite and answered my questions thoroughly. The next day my son took in my car for two new tires and an alignment. Chaney was quick and very reasonably priced. My son then decided to take his truck back to have them look it over. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly and for a very reasonable price. When my son was checking out, the lady at the front desk asked my son if he would like the technician to explain what was going on with the truck. My son said yes, and the technician came out and using "normal people" vocabulary explained what was wrong with the truck, why it happened and how to keep it from happening in the future. We were very happy with the service at Chaney and plan to use them again in the future.
